LUXEMBOURG — Manwin announced today that it has acquired Carsed Marketing Inc.’s Twistys websites and all of the company's adult assets.

The company said the move is in line with its vision for growth and diversification.

Manwin, which owns Brazzers also acquired YouPorn.com last month.

In addition to the Twisty's site and Cash Affiliate Program, the acquisition includes GayTube, SexTube and TrannyTube, that the company said will allow it to add to its current catalog of sites, while also catering to the international LGBT community.

“Twistys has a glamorous approach to creating content, and provides a softer take on adult entertainment. It is on par with other Manwin properties, but caters to its own niche market, and targets a customer segment and demographic that’s new to the organization,” Manwin said.

Adult-US note: Wow, even the porn industry is consolidating, and will soon be owned by a handful of really large companies. Brazzers and Twistys where both large, well known porn sites on their own.
